1. Structural form

The cement fiber board is made of high-density and new environmental friendly cement and fiber as the base material. The bottom surface is sealed with galvanized sheet, and its thickness is not less than 0.3 mm. There is no rubber strip around it for edge sealing. It has the properties of fire prevention and waterproof, and has high strength, which can meet the load-bearing requirements of the equipment.

2. Structural form of support system

The installation form of the four corner support is that the upper supporting plate and the bottom plate of the support are steel plates, and the lower support is round steel pipes. In order to facilitate the installation and adjustment, an adjusting nut is installed on the lower support rod. The support height can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the support rod. After the support height is adjusted, the floor is locked by the four corner hole lock screw.

3. Technical performance

Concentrated load ≥ 4450n, deflection ≤ 2.0mm, permanent deformation ≤ 0.25mm;

The ultimate concentrated load is more than 13350n;

Rolling load ≥ 2950n, deflection ≤ 2.0mm, permanent deformation ≤ 0.25mm;

Uniform load ≥ 23000 n / m2, deflection ≤ 2.0 mm;

Impact resistance of the floor: after the impact test, the permanent deformation of the floor is less than or equal to 1.5mm, and no damage is allowed.
